Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about RotiTo.Me.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Manchester and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode during registration and we'll confirm availability. We're expanding coverage as we grow.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £2.50 per delivery, on top of your roti/naan costs. This covers delivery costs.

What is the delivery window?

All deliveries are made within a 4-hour window from 4 pm to 8 pm daily. This keeps everything fresh and warm for your evening meal.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Yes. For an additional £1 per delivery you can select a 30-minute timeslot within the 4 pm – 8 pm window. Choose your preferred slot during onboarding or update it any time through your membership.

What happens if I'm not at the door?

Our driver waits 1 minute after arrival. If there's no answer, we leave the rotis safely at your doorstep in their packaging and move on to the next delivery. This helps us keep our schedule reliable for everyone. We will inform you of your drop schedule so you know roughly when we will arrive at your doorstep, allowing you to be aware and free at the time of delivery.

What are roti advance payments?

Roti advance payments let you prepay for a block of rotis for the month. This reserves your daily deliveries and helps us plan production. Any unused credit can be rolled over or refunded — full details at onboarding.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — cancel any time. Your membership runs through the end of the paid month. Roti advance payment refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis where requested.

How are rotis and curries packaged?

Food is packaged as our partners would sell it — we currently work with local businesses whose existing packaging is used. We plan to enhance packaging in the future. All orders are transported in insulated packaging, kept separate from other orders during delivery.

Do you use cookies or track visitors?

No. We do not use cookies, localStorage, or any third-party trackers on this site. Your privacy matters to us. The registration form opens on Microsoft Forms in a new tab, and payment processing happens on SumUp's secure hosted page — neither sets cookies on our domain.

What allergens should I be aware of?

Our rotis contain wheat (gluten). Naans may also contain dairy and eggs. Curries may contain various allergens depending on the recipe. If you are allergic to any ingredients used in any of our items, we advise against joining at this time — due to the nature of our current product preparation process, we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment. This will change in the future as we open our own dedicated kitchens. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I reheat fresh roti?

If your rotis need warming, place them in the microwave on medium heat for 30–90 seconds. If they arrived stacked, unfold and separate them before heating to ensure they warm evenly throughout. Alternatively, place in an oven at 150 °C (300 °F) for up to 30 minutes depending on the number of rotis being reheated — if stacked in the oven, rotate them partway through to ensure even warming.

How do I reheat naan bread?

If your naan needs warming, microwave it on medium heat for 20–30 seconds — quick and keeps it soft. For the oven, sprinkle a few drops of water on the naan and place it in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 2–3 minutes. If using a tawa or pan, warm on medium heat for 10–15 seconds per side — naan reheats quickly and will dry out or scorch if left too long.

How do I reheat daal?

Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Stir well, then continue in 30-second bursts until piping hot throughout. Add a splash of water and stir it in if the daal has thickened. Hob: Pour into a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3–5 minutes until heated through — add a little water to loosen if needed.

How do I reheat spinach curry (saag)?

Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Stir, then continue in 30-second bursts until hot throughout — stirring between each burst ensures even heating. Hob: Heat in a pan over medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring gently. Add a splash of water to loosen if needed, and avoid high heat to keep the texture smooth.
